Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the conditions, procedures, and rights and obligations between users and bangphil (hereinafter "the Site") for the services provided.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• Members: A person who has registered on the site and uses the services
• Post: Content such as articles, comments, and images created by members

Article 3 (Service Usage)

Article 4 (Member Obligations)

Members must not engage in the following activities:

• Stealing personal information of others
• Spreading false information
• Posting obscene, violent, or hate-promoting content
• Repeatedly posting spam advertisements
• Infringing on the copyrights of others

Article 5 (Post Management)

The site may delete or restrict posts that fall under the following:

• Posts that violate applicable laws
• Posts that infringe on the rights of others
• Posts that interfere with site operations

Article 6 (Service Changes/Suspension)

The site may modify or suspend all or part of the service when operationally necessary, with prior notice.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

• The site does not intervene in disputes between members.
• The site is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes regarding these terms shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
